In our team building we shake things up, so you won’t find any ‘fall and catch me’ trust exercises here. But we will use personality profiles, a no-holds-barred truth session of what’s working (and what’s not), along with a practical plan of action going forward. Oh, and we just might laugh together. A lot.

Soft Skill Training
The irony that they’re called soft skills and yet they are so damn hard to master. So we do it a little different at Light Up Work. Our half and full day workshops are ALL about real time practice and feedback, digging into the neuroscience of the skills and putting together a set of tools to change behaviour now. We head back to the office with new skills and a plan to use them.
